Colleen Williams
Director of Development

Mrs. Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from Radford University, with concentrations in Recreation Therapy, Outdoor Recreation, Tourism Management, and Special Events. She also earned a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University. With over 15 years of experience in both recreational and educational settings—particularly in the areas of community engagement and philanthropy—Mrs. Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to our school community. A proud Kent Island native, she fosters meaningful relationships that enrich our school culture. She is passionate about helping Lighthouse Christian Academy grow into the future, creating a place where her three daughters—and all students—can thrive academically and grow in their faith.

After doing an incredible job leading our Parent Fellowship initiative the past two years, Mrs. Williams has been brought on board as our Director of Development. With all of her years of expertise, enthusiasm, and heart, we are thrilled to have her joining us on staff!
