Winn Frank

Mr. Frank is a founding member of Safe Harbor Presbyterian Church on Kent Island.  As such he brings over 27 years of church history, experience, and service to the LCA Board.  During this period, he has served as a Decon, Elder, and participated in several church activities, including chairman of a pastor search committee.   In his professional life, Mr. Frank served as a Senior Project Manager with a consulting engineering firm and brings this relevant experience to the Board.
