Karla Tryon
Director of Operations & Admissions

Mrs. Tryon joined LCA in 2021 as the Office Manager, supporting the Administrative Team and being the touchpoint for families, staff, and the community at large. She brings with her 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping, has a background in Communications, served as a Core Team Member of a local church plant, and attends Bay Area Community Church in Annapolis. As of 2025, she is now the Director of School Operations and Admissions and couldn’t be more excited to see what God has in store for the future of LCA! Mrs. Tryon resides on the Eastern Shore and loves digging deep into God’s Word and enjoys going to the beach in the summer with her family.

Ms. Tryon has brought a lot of heart into our school office over these past few years, caring for students, and fellow staff with a deep compassion. She is very well-loved in our community.
