Megan Erickson.
Third Grade.

Mrs. Erickson joined LCA in the fall of 2024. She has a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education. Megan has tutored students with various academic needs and abilities for the past 28 years. She has loved her work as an educator in small groups of students, special education resource rooms, Christian education, homeschool settings, IEP meetings, and especially through one one-on-one interactions with students of all ages.

Mrs. Erickson has also loved serving with YoungLife ministries alongside her husband for over 20 years. Megan also worked as a youth director for high school and middle school students on staff with both Broadneck Evangelical Presbyterian and Annapolis EP churches for over 10 years collectively. Mrs. Erickson and her husband, Jason, have two grown daughters. In her spare time, Mrs. Erickson loves quality time and having coffee with friends, decorating her home with plants, watercolor painting, going to see theatre plays, and planning fun day trips for her family.

Mrs. Erickson is a bright and warm light - spreading the love of Jesus everywhere she goes. Also, she has started a discipleship group for 5th-8th grade girls at LCA which has made a positive impact on our school culture! We are so grateful to have her on the team!
