Jacqueline Melendez.
Music.

Jacqueline is a dedicated music educator with a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance, over 10 years of teaching experience, and more than 20 years of performance experience. She has taught voice and elementary piano to students of all ages at the International School of Music in Bethesda, MD, where she particularly valued the meaningful growth and connection fostered through individualized instruction.

Grounded in the belief that every child possesses a unique, God-given voice, Jacqueline is committed to helping students discover and develop their musical abilities. Her teaching approach integrates strong technical foundations, creativity, and an appreciation for music’s role within the broader cultural and educational landscape. Whether leading private lessons, preparing choirs for performance, or engaging students in the classroom, she seeks to inspire a lifelong love of music and empower students to use their talents with confidence and purpose.

Mrs. Melendez joined us in the fall of 2025 and brings a lot of heart and a positive spirit to our team!
